Shipping/Delivery Policy
DELIVERY COST
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over R5 000.00
- Orders under R5 000 will have a minimum shipping charge of R200.00
DELIVERY TIMES
- Podges Aquarium Supplies delivers from MONDAY TO FRIDAY,
- Delivery lead times are between 1-5 DAYS excluding weekends and public holidays (
- Podges Aquarium Supplies uses the services of The Courier guy the delivery of all online orders. We can ship to any physical address but unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES / DOUBLE DELIVERY
- The parcels will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to reschedule delivery.
- Please ensure that you give the correct delivery details on your order and ensure someone responsible is there to sign and receive your order.
- Podges Aquarium Supplies will not be held responsible whatsoever for missing parcels, should parcels be signed for at the delivery address provided
EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES
- If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time, we will notify you telephonically.
- All items with extended delivery times are shipped, with your approval as soon as they become available from the manufacturer
DELIVERY OF FROZEN FISH FOOD
- We cannot guarantee that Frozen food will be deliver in the Frozen state.
- We do not accept responsibility if an order of Frozen food is arrived in the non-Frozen state.
- Podges Aquarium Supplies will package the Frozen food order the best way possible to ensure that Frozen food will stay Frozen for as long as possible.
